I have a few cards to share with you. This one is from Mojo Monday a week ago. I absolutely loved this sketch. Julee's sketches seem to get better each week. You should stop by and see this week's Mojo Monday I think I'll work on that one this weekend.



I used Verve's Anniversary Birds set for this one. I think this was the first time I've used it. Sad, isn't it?



This one I made for my friend Didi's birthday. This was the Splitcoast sketch a week ago as well.



One more, also late but only by a day! This was for the second Meet the Verve Diva Challenge. It was an inspiration challenge and I kind of suck at them! Oh well! Thanks for looking!

Sorry it took me so long to post. It was a crazy weekend!

finally, some candy!

Well, I finally got around to posting this. I was going to do it last week, but time just got away from me. I am celebrating my last round of chemotherapy! YAY! You don't know how glad I am that it's over. I'm back in my room making cards, playing with my kids and cooking dinner again.
I am just so excited that this ordeal is almost over that I wanted to share it with everyone! Just leave me a comment and I will randomly choose a winner this Sunday. Thanks for stopping by!

on a roll

I have been making cards nonstop this past week. It feels so good to be doing it too. This one I made for my aunt whose birthday is Thursday. I tried my hand at one of these transparent cards. It was kind of fun. Besides trying to get every little piece of lint off because of the static and trying to fold the thing in half, it was all right.



I haven't made a Mojo Monday card in I don't know how long. It was great to get my mojo on. I really loved how this card turned out. A very close friend of mine is expecting her first later this month and this is going to be perfect.



I have really gotten into the paper piecing business lately. It really adds so much detail and color. I still felt it needed something, so I added dots of Liquid Pearls and outlined the stroller and greeting with a glaze pen.
